Looking for more confidence or tips with your ocean swimming? Private sessions for those who want to maximise the time they have with their instructor. We cover entry and exit techniques, factors that can affect conditions, and the differences from swimming in the ocean vs the pool.
Ocean Kids Confidence
Designed for children who need a gentle and structured introduction to the ocean. Your child learns how to stay calm, read small waves, enter and exit safely, and move with control in open water.
Ocean Swim Confidence for 2
Build ocean confidence together. Two swimmers, same instructor — covering safety, entry/exit, reading conditions, and navigating real ocean conditions. Please add second person's details in the notes.
Ocean Confidence Squad
Get ocean-ready — body, breath, and mind. For adults who can swim but want to feel more confident, calm, and capable in open water. Across this 45-minute small group session, you'll learn how to read the ocean, manage nerves, and move with control through waves and currents. Practical techniques and mindset tools that build safety, awareness, and confidence.
Ocean Swim Technique - Semi Private (4 max)
Train with friends or family in a private group setting, focused on ocean swim technique. You'll work on sighting and navigation, efficient body positioning, entry/exits and wave handling, and building confidence in real conditions. Max 4 participants, minimum 3. Suitable for beginner to intermediate open water swimmers and triathletes.
Ocean Swim - Saltwater Squad
Join us for an Ocean Swim at one of Sydney's stunning beaches. Swim up to 2km at your own pace — swim, rest, and enjoy the water alongside a friendly group of like-minded swimmers. It's not a race — a great way to build confidence and technique in a supportive environment. Locations vary depending on conditions and will be confirmed on the morning of each session. Stick around afterwards for a post-swim coffee and chat.
